I AM THANKFUL

When I think of what I am most thankful for
It is JESUS - nothing less, nothing more
He is the word
That is a lamp unto my feet
And the Holy Ghost
Anointing oil, so pure and sweet
Jesus, the name
That bears all authority and power
The true light
Shining even in my darkest hour
He is my protector
Helping me in time of danger and strife
And Prince of Peace
Bringing me safely through the storms of life
The Good Shepherd
Leading me everywhere I should go
Jesus my teacher
Teaching me all I'll ever need to know
He is the blood
To cleanse me when I stumble and fall
Jesus Christ, Lord and Savior
He is truly my all in all
