Words in Scripture

There are some 'strong holds' in my life that I'm still finding very difficult to overcome.  In a Bible study Sister Vani Marshall said we need to fully understand the 'word' and how to 'break free and pull down the strong hold' in our minds to their rightful places.  If they are weighing very heavy in our minds (as mine are), they are higher in rank than the Word of Jesus in our minds.  Visually in our minds, we must break them free of their strong hold and pull  them down below the Word of Jesus. 

Sister Vani recommended that we search the Bible for scriptures containing the 'strong hold' words and read them daily until we are able to 'break the strong holds free and pull them down below the Word of Jesus'.
